Meet Chris Lubeck

Chris Lubeck is Principal at Lubeck Building Company, having founded the company in 2022. With 20 years of experience, Chris has worked for some of the region’s leading general contractors and has been a key contributor to dozens of large-scale commercial projects.

Unlike many construction professionals who specialize in a single discipline, Chris has built well-rounded expertise across estimating, project management, field supervision, and project executive leadership. This broad background enables him to manage projects from initial concept through final completion with a deep understanding of every moving part and every contributor involved.

Throughout his career, Chris has earned a reputation for being easy to work with, unwavering client focus and delivering solutions rather than presenting problems. Colleagues and clients alike turn to him for his steady leadership, clear communication and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Chris is a member of Executive Council 70, the fundraising arm of Executive Council Charities, which raises over $3 million annually for children’s organizations across Arizona. Outside of work and community involvement, he enjoys spending time with his family at their home he remodeled in mid-town Phoenix or on their travels together.
